What To Expect
We keep the process simple, clear, and convenient from start to finish. I want you to know exactly how it works before you book with us. This page covers what to expect on the day of service, scheduling, approvals, payment and warranty. You can either call or schedule online to get started. We are Certified, registered and fully Insured (COI) available upon request!
Before Your Appointment
Please Read Carefully
- Save our number so you know when Bay Mobile calls to confirm the details of your service. (586) 738-0004
- No Fix - No Charge when the issue is resolved quick by adjustment, reset, fluid top off or simple correction requiring minimal labor. This policy is offered as a customer courtesy.
- Customer-supplied parts are accepted with limitations. If parts are incorrect, damaged, or cause a delay, additional travel fees may apply.
- An estimate is always provided before work begins. No work is performed without approval.
- Digital
estimates are easy to access from any phone, tablet, or computer - copy and paste link into address bar on web browser.
- Your appointment is not final until
confirmed. All appointments must be reviewed and approved for both service type and location.
- We use
professional-grade parts or better. We want your repairs to last. Quality doesn't cost, it pays!
- Photos
are included on every invoice to help document the work performed.
- Our hourly labor rate is $85 per hour when applicable to the service being performed. We will never charge by age or gender.
- All of our services report to
Carfax for safe keeping of all vehicle records.
- Travel cost may apply depending on your location and the type of service requested. visit our service area page for more info.
- Canceling or rescheduling should be done in advance. There are no fees for canceling or rescheduling. We just ask for early notice so we can adjust our schedule and help other customers.
On Service Day
Follow-up call or message
About 30 minutes before arrival, especially if there is any delay. We never "ghost" our clients!
Respect your property
Also work cleanly, including keeping your car / job site as neat as possible. No trash left behind!
You are welcome to watch
Ask questions, chat is no bother. Or wait inside while service is being completed. completely up to you!
We test Everything!
Once the work is complete, quick check to verify the repair or service is done, before wrapping up.
Payment
Payment is due once the work is complete and you are satisfied. We DO NOT take any down payments.
Weather Permitting
Service is weather permitting for the safety of the vehicle, property, and technician tools / equiptment
When Bay Mobile supplies the parts
When Bay Mobile recommendations are approved
When the repair is completed as recommended
Warranty — 1 Year / 12,000 Miles
Our workmanship warranty applies when the job is done the right way from start to finish. Warranty does not apply if you supply your own parts, decline recommended work or if job is incomplete.
Payment and Records
No Down Payments
Payment is due once the work is complete and you are satisfied. We accept cash, card, and tap to pay.
Pay Anywhere
Invoices can be paid from any device using our digital payment system. We do NOT accept Checks.
Personal Account
You can view payment history and service records right through your Bay Mobile account.
